Lessons from my toddler: Today my little one was excited about receiving a jasmine flower. 
She grinned, sniffed its fragrance and then gave it to me. I took it and breathed in its sweet fragrance. As I paused, we exchanged big smiles and I returned it to her.Suddenly this became her new favorite game, where we exchanged one flower over and over again repeating the same sequence of actions.
My guides used the opportunity to point out that, THIS (what we were doing) is a simplified expression of the essence (pun intended) of life! This is flow, a perfect exchange of giving and receiving!
